FULL TIME CAMPING Check in on September 28th to October 4th, 2026


PRIMITIVE: Tents only with no water/electric; water is available throughout the park. Tent sites are limited 

to 2 tents and 1 shade structure. Please list sizes for dwelling tents. 

RV: RV Spaces have electric and water (no sewer). RV Sites are limited to 1 RV and 1 shade structure 

and are assigned based on need. The majority of sites are 30 AMP service please plan/prepare 

accordingly. 

OFFSITE ACCOMODATIONS: This only covers PE15'S Sukkot Registration Cost. You are responsible for booking & paying for your lodging. 

DAY PASSES: Day pass will only be valid for the date selected below. Price is per day. No day 

CABINS: There are limited number of cabins on site, for more details please call Amber Thornbrough at (253) 970-9490.(no more than two dogs per cabin under 50 lbs, Please note that damages caused by animals or excessive pet hair may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.)

names separate. All registered guests over 13 should choose a volunteer area: areas are listed in the information packet.

PAYMENT OPTIONS Please select your payment method below. A $50 deposit will be due with all campsite reservations. Day pass payments are due in full at the time of registration.

An additional $2.50 will be added to the total for electronic transactions. An invoice will  be emailed to the address listed on page 1 of this registration.

Registrations will not be completed until payment has been received in full. Details on schedules and teachings will be given when you arrive. PLEASE DO NOT allow financial hardship to prevent you from celebrating the Feasts. If you need assistance, please see Matthew Martin. We would love to have everyone there! 

STATEMENTS OF CONSENT AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY ALL registered guests, over the age of 18, will need to sign below acknowledging they have read, understand and agree to the statements above. 

I have read and understand the Fundamental Belief Statement stated by Project E15 (Ministry). By registering for this event, you agree to keep all Midrash and conversation in love and a peaceable spirit without creating discord or contention among the brethren. In addition to following local laws and statutes, I also agree to abide by the Red The Broken Banjo rules and regulations as well as the outlined Project E15 guidelines. I release from liability and waive my right to sue the Ministry, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents from any and all claims, including but not limited to, claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer as a result in my participation and activities at this event. If I need medical treatment as a result of my participation in this event, including travel to and/or from a medical facility (including air travel), I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware that the Ministry does not provide health insurance for me and that I should carry my own health insurance. I agree to hold the Ministry harmless from any and all claims, loss or damage to my personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of my participation in this event. If the ministry incurs any of these types of expenses due to my, or my family’s actions and/or participation in this event, I agree to reimburse the Ministry. I state that I am the parent or legal guardian of the listed minor participant(s) in this registration. I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document.

(a) Releasing the Ministry from all liability on my and the minor(s) behalf, (b) Waiving my and the minor(s) right to sue the Ministry, (c) And assuming all risks of minor(s) participation in this event.
